Dr. Mark V Cowley
Dr. Cowley grew up in Brigham City, Utah as the oldest of five brothers. He has been married for over 30 years to his wonderful wife, Betty, who is also Brigham City native. They have three daughters and one son. Dr. Cowley is 'grandpa' to four grandkids too!
Dr. Cowley has truly enjoyed providing the highest quality dental care since 1984. He obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Washington in Seattle and he has continued additional training in many procedures such as dental implants.
Dr. Cowley is an active member of the American Dental Association, Utah Dental Association, the Weber District Dental Society, the Ogden Dental Seminar Study Club, the Pierre Fauchard Academy and the International College of Dentistry. He has served as President to some of those associations and loves being involved in the politics of dentistry. He is actively serving as a delegate for the State of Utah for the UDA. Dr. Cowley and his staff attend the UDA convention in SLC every spring for continuing education training to stay current and fresh on all-things dentistry!
Dr. Cowley loves to give back to his community by participating yearly in the ADA’s Give-Kids-a-Smile program and he has enjoyed volunteer service with the Flying Doctors of Mercy outside of the country.
In his free time, he loves being active and busy with hobbies like flying a small Cessna airplane, fishing, boating, and canyoneering. Dr. Cowley is a serious "car guy" too. He considers dentistry one of his many hobbies, but when he's not in the office he can be found working on restoring his '56 Chevy pick-up. He'll proudly show you a photo of it if you ask!
Dr. Cowley is a perfectionist and a "tinkerer", both of which happen to make him a fantastic dentist!
